Learn About Bats & Perspective in Art

In this fun and educational lesson, kids will learn fascinating facts about bats and how artists use perspective to show depth in their artwork. Bats in Perspective Art Project

In this hands-on project, students will draw bats in three sizes to represent foreground, middle ground, and background. They will trace their drawings with black glue, create a colorful oil pastel background, and then cut and glue their bats to complete a finished piece that demonstrates perspective.

• 9x12 gray paper
• 9x12 blue or purple paper
• Black glue
• Black marker
• Oil pastels
• Scissors
• Liquid glue
